The Service
ManzilZen provides a household staff planning and administration platform for UAE families. The service includes weekly routine planning, AI-assisted schedules, WhatsApp plan sharing, leave tracking, salary records, document expiry tracking and automated alerts. Features vary by subscription plan.
Subscription & Billing
ManzilZen offers a free plan and paid plans (Essential at AED 49/month, Pro at AED 99/month, with discounted annual options). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. You confirm that you have informed your household staff, and obtained their consent where required, before entering their personal details or sending them messages through ManzilZen. ManzilZen provides alerts and tools to assist you — it is your responsibility as the sponsor to ensure your domestic workers' documents are renewed on time. ManzilZen is not a legal advisor.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into ManzilZen. We do not claim any rights over your data. When you delete your account, your data and uploaded files are deleted immediately from our live systems, and any remaining copies in backups expire within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
ManzilZen is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from missed renewals, even if our alert system failed to send a notification. Always verify document expiry dates independently.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this also cancels any active subscription. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to the service and all stored data is removed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of ManzilZen after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
